Lead and manage the Product BU, overseeing the development and execution of roadmaps for Fiber, xDSL, WiFi, 4G/5G Gateways, and software solutions for the service provider market.

Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business goals and market needs, while addressing key market segments.

Lead a team of approximately 20 professionals, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and productivity within the team to meet objectives and business targets.

Identify and evaluate potential technology providers (e.g., software and ASIC solution providers) by analyzing market trends and ensuring that the portfolio remains competitive.

Work closely with the Sales teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to explore new business opportunities, identify leads, and pursue successful deals.

Oversee the preparation of responses to RFI’s, RFP’s, and tenders, ensuring high-quality and customer-tailored proposals.

Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing, to ensure smooth product launches, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and personal growth.
資格條件

Strong background in Product/Project Management and Business Development, with proven experience leading teams and managing product lines.

Deep understanding of Fixed Line Broadband Access Solutions, including Fiber, xDSL, WiFi, 4G/5G Gateways, and related software technologies.

Demonstrated ability to define and implement product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead discussions, negotiate deals, and engage with senior stakeholders across regions.

Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers, attend trade shows, and collaborate with local sales teams in key regions (Europe, Middle-East, Asia).

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for seamless communication with global teams and customers.
