工作內容

Serve as the main contact between customers and the internal team, ensuring products and services meet customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Manage all quality issues, inquiries, and complaints, maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding quality requirements.

Communicate effectively in handling customer complaints and writing quality reports.

Understand and manage manufacturing quality processes like IQA, in-process QA, OQA, and risk management.

Monitor product quality metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and reduce defects.

Lead and coordinate 8D activities with key stakeholders to resolve quality issues promptly.

Familiar with quality methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, and statistical analysis.

Participate in internal and customer audits, maintaining accurate records of quality issues and corrective actions.
